❶ If the number of participants is more than what is listed in the training information table, there will be an additional fee for the instructor's service, which is Rp.75,000 per hour for each additional participant.
❷ *If the number of participants is more than what is listed in the training information table, there will be an additional fee for the instructor's service, which is Rp.100,000 per hour for each additional participant.
❸ **If the number of participants is more than what is listed in the training information table, there will be an additional fee for the instructor's service, which is Rp.125,000 per hour for each additional one to two participants.
❹ The training is conducted in Indonesian language. If it is conducted in English, there will be an additional fee for the instructor's service, which is 50% of the instructor's fee listed in the course information table.
❺ The training information table shows the instructor's fee for the teaching and learning process at Bulan Gallery or online.
❻ Teaching and learning process conducted outside of Bulan Gallery.
❼ Accommodation (lodging, transportation, and meals) and transportation costs for equipment and materials are borne by the course participants.
❽ For the instructor's fee outside of Bulan Gallery, in Bandung city, the instructor's fee and the fee for each additional participant listed in the course information table are the same as those listed in the training information table, and there is a daily travel cost of Rp.1,000,000 for the instructor and Rp.500,000 for the assistant instructor during work trips.
❾ For the instructor's fee outside of Bulan Gallery, outside of Bandung city but still in Indonesia, the instructor's fee listed in the training information table and the fee for each additional participant from the applicable terms and conditions will be half of their original price, and there is a daily travel cost of Rp.1,000,000 for the instructor and Rp.500,000 for the assistant instructor during work trips.
❿ For the instructor's fee outside of Bulan Gallery, outside of Indonesia, the instructor's fee listed in the training information table and the fee for each additional participant from the applicable terms and conditions will be doubled, and there is a daily travel cost of Rp.2,000,000 for the instructor and Rp.1,000,000 for the assistant instructor during work trips.
⓫ Consultation after the training will be charged at 50% of the instructor's fee listed in the training information table.
⓬ Cancellation must be made at the latest one week before the event, or at the latest two days after ordering materials or equipment, and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course or material or equipment fee.
⓭ Exchange of materials and equipment must be made at the latest two days after purchase, at a minimum price.
